How to place an order on the website?
To place an order, click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button on the website next to the selected product.
Then on the “Basket” page proceed to checkout using the “PLACE ORDER” button.
If you purchase a license as a Company, you should specify the email, Name, Surname, phone number of a contact person, as well as the company name, NIP and address.
Some manufacturers (vendors) may request additional data to form a license, such as: postal address, actual license code/serial number, confirmation of educational activity for academic versions. Your manager will request this information if it is required to place an order.
For individuals, it is necessary to enter contact information to place an order: Name, Surname, email, phone number of a contact person.

After placing an order, you will receive an email. You can also check your order status with the online store manager.

Orders are processed and electronic keys (licenses) are sent on weekdays, from 9 am to 18 pm.

Do you have security guarantees for bank card payments?
Bank card data is processed under the information protection standard developed by Visa and MasterCard international payment systems — Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which guarantees secure processing of bank card data. Data transfer security is guaranteed by the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) protocol and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
It means that the payment is processed on a protected page of the electronic payment system, which has passed international certification. In this case, confidential data (bank card details, registration data, etc.) is fully protected, and no one, including our online store, can access it.
Delivery types and terms
Electronic delivery – the fastest and the most convenient way to get electronic licenses. After the order payment, you will receive a license key by email. The license delivery term is specified in the card of each product.
